This explains how we handle the information you give us when you contact us through the chat, by phone, SMS or email. The Danish version is the authoritative one.

What we process

Your name, phone number or email, details about your machine, the messages you write in the chat and any photos you attach. For a purchase, sale or repair, also a collection address and payment details.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to answer your enquiry, give you an offer or a price, and carry out any purchase or repair. The basis is that the processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you (GDPR article 6(1)(b)), together with our obligations under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (article 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Information that forms part of our accounts, for example when we buy a machine, is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as the Bookkeeping Act requires.

Who has access

We never sell your information. The website is hosted with Cloudflare, and messages and photos from the chat are stored in our system at Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf as a data processor and may transfer data to the USA under the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Accounting records may be shared with our accountant and the Danish Tax Agency where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object, and to receive your data. Write to us and we will reply as quickly as possible, and within one month at the latest.

You can complain about our handling of your information to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies for tracking or marketing. Once you have sent an enquiry in the chat, your browser remembers a conversation id so you can see our reply when you come back. It is used only for the chat and is deleted when you press “New enquiry” or clear your browser data. We keep anonymous visitor statistics without cookies: we do not store IP addresses, and a random code that changes every day is used only to count unique visitors. From your internet connection we see approximate location (country, region, city and postcode area) and network provider (from Cloudflare), which page you came from, which pages you look at, how long the visit lasts, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. We also record whether you scroll or touch the page, and whether you press the phone, email or map buttons, but not what you type. We use this to tell whether a visit comes from a person or from a robot or search engine, so we can keep the robots out of the statistics. The statistics are deleted after 90 days. The map on the page is an ordinary image. If you press “Show Google map”, Google’s own map loads, and only then does Google set cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
